I realized that "being true to yourself" is "living in the present moment" with the most genuine feelings. This was my first encounter with such a spiritual Tantra experience, yet I discovered more body messages...


Why/

Due to my upbringing and societal experiences, I gradually developed distrust and fear of the world, always activating a protective mechanism, unable to let go of myself. I also understand that this approach is not wrong, but for someone who wants to change, it needs to be transformed. So, I kept searching, harmonizing, attending classes, and feeling my body's sensations, wanting to break through and truly find my real self. Until I met Kumar Tantra......


Sense of Security/

Under the guidance of the Master, he provided a lot of space, clear introductions, and professional knowledge, without urgency or intention, allowing me to gradually calm down from a state of insecurity. I started to feel the environment was so textured, the scent was so pleasant, and the music was so comfortable, accompanied by the chirping of cicadas outside, it was a wonderful boundary of safety.


First Stage/

Starting with professional massage techniques, I gradually felt the teacher's techniques accompanied by music, as if dancing on my body, sparking my curiosity about touch. I put down my phone and began to deeply feel the touch.


Second Stage/

With the change in music, we entered the second stage. The feeling of touch became stronger, evolving from curiosity to a desire, wanting more.


Third Stage/

From the previous slow, it brought a feeling of wanting to cherish, gradually returning to the flow of my body, starting to not care about anything, just focusing on what I wanted to do in the moment, until the end, when Teacher Kumar's warm hands caressed, I once again gained a sense of safe boundaries. I began to adjust my breathing and calm my mind...in an instant......I understood! That "being true to yourself" is "living in the present moment" with the most genuine feelings.


Sleep/

After the session, the teacher said......you might sleep well, or you might not. From being someone who usually sleeps well, I tossed and turned all night......woke up countless times...and even lingered in bed in the morning (laughs), It shows how suppressed I usually am.


Morning Meditation/

After breakfast, guided by other teachers to do chakra meditation, I found myself more able to focus on doing one thing in the moment, without multitasking, overanalyzing, or the unsafe protective mask...... without even the need to be strong or suppressed......


Conclusion/

The good and evil in this world shape who we are now, and they are the best choices at the moment. When you choose acceptance, believe in the goodness of this world, release well, and feel well, you will gain unprecedented beautyღ
